RGN Ventures, a brand of RGN Acquisitions, Inc. ("we," "us"), uses artificial intelligence (AI) in our marketing and in the systems we build for clients. This page explains where, and what that means for you.

1. In our videos and marketing

2. When you contact us or apply

We may use AI assistants to reply to messages, answer common questions, sort applications, and schedule calls. If you are talking with an AI assistant and want to reach a person, say so, or email hello@rgnacquisitions.com, and a member of our team will follow up. If you ask whether you are talking with a person or AI, we will tell you truthfully.

3. In the systems we build for clients

Our client programs include AI agents that run in each client's own business systems and under the client's own brand. Depending on the program, these may include:

This means an AI agent may contact you on behalf of one of our clients. That message comes from the client's business, under its brand, and the client is responsible for having the consent the law requires and for honoring opt-outs. If you received a message from an AI agent operated for one of our clients and want it to stop, reply STOP to a text, follow the opt-out instructions in the message, or tell the business directly. If you cannot reach them, email hello@rgnacquisitions.com and we will pass your request to the client.

We aim to configure client AI agents to identify the business they represent, to disclose that they are automated where the law requires or when asked, and to include opt-out instructions.

4. Human oversight

People on our team design, configure, monitor, and adjust the AI systems we use and build. Clients direct their own businesses and can review, pause, or change their agents. AI does not make final decisions about whether we accept an application or enter into an agreement.

5. Limits of AI

AI can make mistakes. It can produce wrong, incomplete, or outdated information, and it can misunderstand a request. There is no guarantee that AI output is accurate, and AI replies are not legal, financial, or professional advice. Please check important information with a person on our team. Our client agreement describes how AI outputs are provided to clients.

6. Data and AI providers

AI providers we use process information to provide their services to us. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.
