RGN Ventures is a brand of RGN Acquisitions, Inc. ("we," "us"). Please read this before you rely on any number you see or hear from us.
The short version
- There are no typical earnings. We do not promise, project, or predict that you will earn any money.
- The results we show are not typical. Client results on our site, in our videos, and on calls are among our best. Most clients earn less, and some earn nothing.
- Revenue is not profit. Figures we show are gross revenue, before ad spend, platform and usage fees, our fees, contractor costs, taxes, and other expenses. Your profit, if any, will be lower, and it can be negative.
- You can lose money. You could lose some or all of the money you invest, including our fees, ad spend, and usage costs.
About the figures we show
Client results. When we show a named client's monthly recurring revenue, it is that client's gross revenue at the point in time stated ("as of" date) and in the month of their program stated. These clients started at different times, in different markets, with different amounts of capital, time, skill, and prior experience. Their results are their own.
Hypothetical examples. Some videos and pages use example numbers, such as a lead price, a buyer's monthly order, or a yearly value of a standing buyer. These are hypothetical examples for illustration only. They are not typical results, not projections of earnings, and not a promise that any buyer will pay those amounts.
Market statistics. Industry figures, such as the revenue of public lead-generation companies or the size of the lead-generation market, describe other companies or the market as a whole. They say nothing about what your business will earn.
Product demos. Dashboards, alerts, and screens labeled as demos or simulated use made-up data.
Time and effort. Any statement about hours per week or time to launch describes an expectation or an individual client's experience. It is not a promise. Most businesses take more time than expected, especially early. Our services do not create a business that runs without you.
What results depend on
Your results depend on many things, including your market and niche, your capital, the time and skill you put in, your sales ability, local competition, advertising costs, buyer demand, platform rules, laws that affect lead generation and telemarketing, and general economic conditions. Many of these are outside your control and ours.
Our service commitments are not earnings promises
Our service commitments (such as the launch timeline, systems performance, and first buyer milestone commitments) are described only in the signed client agreement. They are limited to pausing or waiving our monthly program fee under stated conditions and time limits. They are not a refund, not a promise that you will find a buyer or earn revenue, and they do not cover the build fee, ad spend, or usage costs.
Do your own due diligence
Do not rely on any figure from us when deciding whether to buy. Before you sign, we encourage you to speak with an independent attorney and accountant, and to ask us any question you have in writing. Our client agreement states that we make no earnings representations and that you are not relying on any.
