RGN Ventures is a brand of RGN Acquisitions, Inc., a Wyoming corporation ("we," "us"). This page explains what we sell and what we do not.
What we provide
We provide education, consulting, software, and infrastructure build services to clients who own and run their own independent businesses. Depending on the program, this can include building a brand, website, CRM, data tools, and AI agents for your company, setting up ad campaigns on your own ad accounts, training, and ongoing technical support. The exact scope is set only in a signed client agreement.
What we do not provide
- We do not provide outlets, accounts, or customers. We do not provide, curate, select, guarantee, or arrange your buyers, accounts, or customers. Your business finds and wins its own customers. The tools we build, including AI outreach, prospect data, and buyer research tools, run in your business's own systems under your brand, and you decide whom to contact and what to sell. Any wholesale lead access through third parties is limited, depends on availability, and is not promised.
- We do not buy back anything you make or any leads you produce, and we do not promise to resell your business. Any resale help is limited to introductions.
- We do not promise earnings. See our Earnings Disclaimer.
What this is not
- Not a franchise. You operate under your own brand, not ours. You do not pay us royalties based on your sales, and you do not get the right to use our trademark to sell goods or services.
- Not a business opportunity or seller-assisted marketing plan as we have structured our services. We do not represent that we will provide locations, outlets, accounts, or customers, or that we will buy back products or services, and we do not represent that you will earn any amount.
- Not an investment or security. Your business's results depend on your own efforts and decisions. We do not sell securities, investment contracts, or interests in our company.
- Not a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment. When we say we "partner" with clients, we mean it in its everyday sense. Legally, we and our clients are independent contractors.
State law notice
Some states regulate business opportunities, seller-assisted marketing plans, and franchises, and require registration, disclosure documents, or bonds before a sale. These include, among others, California (Seller Assisted Marketing Plan Act, Cal. Civ. Code 1812.200 and following), Florida (Sale of Business Opportunities Act, Fla. Stat. 559.80 and following), and Texas (Business Opportunity Act, Tex. Bus. & Com. Code ch. 51).
Your responsibilities
You own your business and are responsible for its decisions, licensing, taxes, and compliance with laws that apply to it, including laws on telemarketing, text messaging, email marketing, privacy, and advertising (such as the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and A2P 10DLC rules). Ads run on your own accounts, and your business is the advertiser of record.
The client agreement controls
If anything on our site, in our videos, or on our calls differs from the signed client agreement, the client agreement controls.
