These SMS Terms apply to the RGN Ventures text messaging program run by RGN Ventures, a brand of RGN Acquisitions, Inc. ("we," "us").
1. What you will receive
If you opt in, we will send text messages about your application and consultation, such as:
- confirmation that we received your application;
- your call link, booking confirmations, and reminders; and
- rescheduling and follow-up about your application and consultation.
Messages come from RGN Ventures. Some messages may be sent using automated technology. See our AI Disclosure.
2. How you opt in
You opt in by checking the unchecked SMS consent box on our application form and submitting it. Your consent applies only to RGN Ventures. It does not authorize any other company to text you.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to texts to apply, book a call, or buy any service. If you do not opt in, we can contact you by email.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. We do not charge for messages.
5. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPT OUT, or tell us in any reasonable way, including by email to hello@rgnacquisitions.com. We will send one message confirming that you have opted out and will then stop texting that number for this program. To opt back in, reply START.

Reply HELP to any message for help, or email hello@rgnacquisitions.com.
7. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Your number and your information
You confirm that you are the account holder or regular user of the mobile number you provide. If you change or give up that number, please opt out first or tell us.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information about your opt-in may be shared with our service providers only to deliver messages to you. See our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may change these terms. If we make a material change, we will tell you by text or post the change here. You can opt out at any time.
